1.step up you body like ur going to do a backside 180 curl ur back foots toes just over the edge of your tail . 2.have your front foot over the 4 front bolts and shoot your back foot down and behind you harder than you shoot ur front foot so that it stays level in the air. 3.turn your body 180 in the diorection of the way u spun ur board but jump as high as u can in the 180 4.watch ur board while it is spinning,and when it is done a 360 drop ur feet to catch it and prepare for the landing(for those who dont no how 2 land,figure it out cuz i aint tellin ya)then roll away and be proud.
