KickFLip Introduction
The Kickflip is a basic skateboard trick that everybody knows how to do. Standing still or rolling slowly on flat ground is the best way to learn this trick. The hard part is catching a kickflip off a drop off. What a kickflip does is spins one rotation horazontally in the air in your feet. The kickflip is not the easiest trick to learn but it seems these days everybody knows how.
The reason why it's so popular is the combo's you can pull with it. Kickflip to manual, in an out of slides and grinds. The most crazy combo I've seen is in a video were a guy kickflip tailslides a hand rail and goes back and tailslides and kickflips out. Looks so wickeddd.

The History of the KickFLip
The Kickflip was invented by Rodney Mullen one of the best skaters on the face of this earth. Probably learnt it the first day he was on a skateboard.
Steps to learning KickFLip trick tip
1: Tricks I would learn before trying a kickflip are: The Ollie and being able to ride your board good with good balance.
2: First put your back foot on the tail and your front foot on behind the bolts and at a bit of an angle. I would say 45 degrees.
3: Pop your tail nice and good. Just like when you ollie bring your foot up. About 3/4's of the way flick your front foot out to the left and make a kicking motion like bruce lee. Your back foot should be up in the air.
4: Now bring your front foot back pretty quick because you want to land this trick with feet on the bolts. Watch for some black grip tape and put your feet down on it. Keep your wieght centered so you don't wiper.
5: Land it. Now that you can do it standing try it moving and once you can do that do it off a curb or sidewalk. After that try it off a set of stairs.
