1: Ride up to the obstacle at a moderate(medium speed).
2: First ride in nollie position. When in nollie position turn 180 without the board and stay on the front.
3: Ollie by dragging your foot to the front and scoop your back foot. After doing that, make sure you've got the height.
4: If you do go for the 5-0. I do my 5-0's by letting the tail drag but it works until you get your balance. I've landed this trick many of times as well as varial flips,finger flips,360 ollies and primo/varial kickflip/primo/casper to 360 flip out.
