Alright here's the deal. Eric Koston and Steve Berra bought a building and turned it into a skatepark called The Berrics. It looks like they designed street spots inside a building. Check out the video.

I only hope more good can come from this. Maybe this will be the new craze? Quick everyone go buy a building and make it into the raddest street style skatepark ever.
